The Haussmann Paris Committee and Galleries Bartoux present "Fragiles Colosses", an open-air exhibition of 11 monumental works by Michel Bassompierre
Taking place from February 1 to March 31, 2023, this exhibition aims, by raising awareness of beauty, to remind the fragility of the living world.
From February 1 to March 31, 2023, the Haussmann Paris Committee, in association with Galeries Bartoux, a French family-owned group of art galleries that has distinguished itself for the past 30 years by its selection of heterogeneous talents from around the world, is offering "Fragile Colosses", an open-air exhibition in the heart of the Haussmann district of 11 monumental works by the animal sculptor Michel Bassompierre.

Faithful to its desire to make the Haussmann district an essential place to live in the capital, the committee has been developing a policy of artistic events since its creation, aiming to create a unique link with its visitors by inviting them to a moment of discovery. It is thus quite natural that the Committee associates for its next event with the Bartoux Galleries whose artistic approach is to interact with the public by making it aware of contemporary art.

Forever associated to the Grands Magasins and a constantly evolving idea of French Chic, the Haussmann neighborhood is also a place where all sorts of Parisians meet. In this month of September like no other, they’re busy, they’re in a hurry, and they’re wearing masks.
